1Data We Handle
Incisend is designed for temporary file sharing. We process the files you upload solely for the purpose of making them available to your intended recipient via a secure access code.
2File Encryption
All files are encrypted before storage. We do not have the keys to decrypt your files, and we do not access, view, or analyze the contents of shared files.
3Automatic Deletion
Files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after they expire (default is 60 minutes). Once deleted, they cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.
4No Tracking
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or any other tools to monitor your behavior. We do not sell your data to third parties because we don't collect it in the first place.
5Your Consent
By using Incisend, you agree to this privacy-first approach to file sharing. We reserve the right to update this policy as our service evolves, but our commitment to privacy will remain unchanged.
